Always a nice night, pleasantly surprised that at least for that night it wasn't a members club so easy access.Limelight the band gigging was and still is very professional.Good company what more could one ask.Oh yes, the drinks were not stupid money either,bar staff, friendly.

Great venue, fun vibes all round. Poker games are hosted there on Mondays at 7:30Pm with free food at 9PM love turning up when I can

Great place to play a free poker league on a Monday night - no membership required but if you do become a member you get discounts on drinks and there is always something going on for entertainment - They have Sky Sports too!!!

It's an alright place. But the reason for giving only 2 stars is because of a sign they have up in the function room bar area stating that they only accept valid driving licenses and passports but not proof of age cards. To me, that is actually discrimination because not everyone can afford a passport and it's risky taking it out as the consequences can be dire if it gets stolen. Also, not everyone can apply for a driving licence, I'm one of them because I have epilepsy which currently prevents me from even applying for a provisional. Proof of age cards are valid ID and you should, therefore, start accepting them. Lastly, in regards to the sign, what you really ought to have up is a Think 25 sign as they state that PASS cards are an acceptable form of proving your age and there is no evidence that the PASS hologram has ever been forged to look realistic, and they also have a UV hologram across the card. So if I'm ever up there (once all this has blown over, obviously) just don't expect me to not start ranting if you decide to refuse it.
