Went into this shop with high hopes as it look and smelt amazing. Me, my mother and my partner were having a little bit of a browse and the lady behind the counter looked very angry about that. She then proceeded to start talking to my deaf mother, trying to get her to hurry along with her order. Professional is something that I value highly and this shop had none.

I ordered a cake which was £43, I asked for big writing stating the name and event however I received a bubble shaped piece of small icing in the middle with the writing written similarly to the font you write with a marker. The writing was written in a sharpie kinda of font which was very not aesthetic. The aesthetic of the cake over all looked very basic and cheap with minor decoration as there were only a couple of butterflies and flowers. I am very disappointed as the cake was for a very special event, and it looked very cheap looking and definitely rushed. The writing wasn’t even fancy it was a basic lower case font in which you write notes like. Overall I am never going to order from this place again as the quality of the cakes are very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I feel like I have been ripped off and therefore I would like a refund.

Went into this shop yesterday for the first time and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by what I had seen from the shop window and thought it was rather expensive.I found that it was anything but and that the range of products they had was wide and varied, and the chocolate éclairs were honestly one of the BEST that I have EATEN.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS Pastisseri, it is very clean and they have all the necessary protections in place.
