Visited the branch on llangyfelach road and was seen by a young person who proceeded to give me a cut that I didn’t want. I asked for a low skin fade and got a really high one where is it higher on the left than the right. Another barber had to come over and take over to try and correct it. However when it came to pay the guy in charge apologised and charged me £10 included the beard shape up which was also slightly uneven and higher than two fingers from my Adam’s apple. Was looking forward to having an award winning haircut but left disappointed and unhappy.

Great job, explained the cut all the way through, my idea wasn't quite right so he got it as close as possible and showed me how to style it. EDIT: Been going regular since, the guys and girl are great, love chatting to them. EDIT: Months on they know my cut, how I like it, remember who I am and chat to me about stuff I like. Great team

I had a great experience at the barbershop today. The staff was friendly, and my haircut and beard trim turned out exactly as I wanted. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the attention to detail was impressive. I'll definitely be returning for my next grooming session.
