I’ve been using this Garage for the past 2 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ray and Soloman always do an amazing job.

I contacted RPS online on Sunday afternoon and was surprised (& relieved) that Ray responded positively.Ray booked me in for a DPF clean, but he did more than that. He checked the diagnostics for further faults, cleared all blockages, and restored my Renault Grand Scenic back to its former glory.I took the car to Chorley and back, and the car feels so much more efficient.I highly recommend RPS if you have a diesel engine.

If I could give zero stars I would.Had them check my engine as the engine light had come on. It was “fixed” and I took the car back. The next time I drove the vehicle the light was back on and the car stopped. A friend checked for me and found RPS had not connected the coolant pipe back properly. Their lack of care caused damage to my engine due to overheating. Ray did not wish to admit it was his fault making the ridiculous claim that I must have been driving around with the engine light on causing the damage myself. I had to advise him there was no way I would have been able to get under the car and disconnect anything in order to cause such damage. He initially said I would have to pay hundreds extra for him to fix it even though the damage was their fault. It just seemed like he realised he’d messed up and would be out of pocket if he had to fix it so tried to get me to pay for it instead, probably because I’m a woman and he thought I’d know no better.I would avoid this place if you have engine issues.

Very good professional and reliable service...Ray the manager is a great guy. The price is best on the market..check RPS they don't disappoint.

Helped me when I most needed it and at a price I could manage.

Had to run a diagnostic on my Vauxhall Corsa. They did an elimation process to ensure the job needed doing. Had Service front brakes and ignition coil done. Happy with them. They were recommended to me I recommend them to you. But they are no different to any other mechanic you will have to wait if they are busy.

Service is very bad , I did full service of my car , they not even fill the brake fluid and steering oil. And price is very high compare to other service center . They just done oil change and filter for full service . And also did car wash just outside not good . Better other service center do all health check up and give details . Totally disappointed this service center . Money loss for full service of car here.

Dear All, be aware of this garage. I had the full service and MOT, final price 215.00pounds (date 12/03/2021) after few days, I went to IN'n'OUT Autocentres Wednesbury (date 18/03/20210, for some other checks. I paid 50pounds for a full vehicle check and the result was: 1) the full service I paid few days earlier wasn't done properly by RPS garage service. 2) We found normal water in the radiator and not the Antifreeze/Coolant 3) the oil level was really low and it wasn't changed or refilled 4) the oil filter wasn't changed 5) the extra work the garage asked pad 55pounds wasn't due. The garage covered the brake pipes of grease instead than repairing it (as I was told). 6) A/C wasn't touched. According to IN'n'OUT Autocentres Wednesbury, the MOT would have failed. 7) the driver seat is moving and is not safe. 8) the only filter that was replaced is the air filter. I do have a full report by IN'n'OUT Autocentres Wednesbury. I will apply for a refund, and I will open an official complain with Citizen Advice and whocanfixmycar.com. good luck.Final price = £215
