Give away free parking to their mates whilst PAY FOR PARKING RESIDENTS cannot find a parking space. Shoppers are given a free ride whist RESIDENTS who PAY FOR THEIR PARKING SPACE are told to get lost. They call complainants LIARS yet when challenged will not tell the complainant to their face that they are a liar. In other words BCP Parking are cowards and bullies.

I called twice, and both agents were extremely helpful and kind. I think that people that leave bad reviews are angry as they want their fines to be cancelled, and they do not accept the responsibility from their bad behaviour. People at the council are wonderful, very helpful and very kind, that is all I have to say based in my experience. I am from Spain, and they treated me with great respect.
