Wanted to return a product and got told at 11am there wasn’t enough cash to return it and to come back in an hour.Came back at 2 and they still said the same.I had to drive 15 here then back just for this.Never have any problems with Currys but this is unacceptable.Thing is, the product was only about £200.It’s wasn’t like £700/£800 then I would understand.

Was looking for a washing machine. Went upstairs for a look, no staff around to help. Came down and two staff were sitting at a desk. When I approached one of them was helpful and answered my question but I could have walked out without speaking to anyone.

Treated myself to a new Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer recently. Ewan who served me in the store was really helpful and informative. The delivery process was excellent (texts/calls) and i'm delighted with my purchases. I would definately buy from them again.

Was able to browse for what I was looking for without pushy sales team asking if I needed assistance. When I did decide then I asked for information and it was duly given and a sale was done with no pressure to buy add-ons

I went Into Curry’s Kilmarnock late last night as I had a query, while there My Daughter and I decided to buy I pads, we were served by Douglas, he reported he was a new member of staff. What a nice guy, very helpful and no complaints that his shift was actually over by the time he finished processing our purchase ( the shop doors were closed) he served us with a smile. Thank you to the staff in Currys Kilmarnock especially to Ross Christine and the manager who I'm sorry I forget her name. They were fantastic! Replaced a expensive item due to being faulty, and they were brilliant!Thank you
