I cannot thank Jack at Vital Health enough!!! I’d been suffering with a debilitating pain in my shoulder which had stopped me exercising and was waking up every morning with a pain in my back so bad that it took me most of the morning to be able to move properly. I was initially sceptical about chiropractic treatment, but was recommend Jack at Vital Health by a friend. I went into my appointment hoping for an improvement, even a slight improvement would have been a win. The first thing that struck me about Jack was how carefully he listened to what my situation was, not just the pain but also my lifestyle, habits, exercise routines etc… he asked lots of questions and wrote a ton of notes. I found that really reassuring. The “adjustment” part of my appointment was phenomenal - instantaneous relief to areas I didn’t even know were impacting my wellbeing. As we went through, Jack explained what he was doing, and why, and the long term goals of each adjustments. As a result, I came away understanding more about the pain I had been experiencing and how to manage it going forward. However, the best part of the experience without doubt came after, walking down the street, my neck and shoulder were so relaxed (for the first time in years) and the pain in my shoulder was completely gone - it felt like I’d had new parts installed!! Last night I slept (in a new position based on Jacks advice) and woke up pain-free for the first time in over a year. I’m incredibly grateful to have been treated by Jack and cannot recommend him enough to anyone suffering with physical pain and/or mobility issues!

Chiropractic from Ruth has honestly been life-changing for us and our 2 year old. We visited in January 2023 after about 8 months of our toddler suffering from chronic ear infections without much let up. I didn't want him to keep taking courses of antibiotics and was keen to find a more holistic resolution if possible. Ruth was incredible with him from the first session, really gentle, fun and friendly and he had a great time! In the first session something released and his ear started leaking, and after that first time he's been completely ear infection-free. We had a few follow-up sessions and followed some of the homeopathic advice from the team, and our boy is SO much happier and more comfortable, he's like a different person. Teething doesn't give him as much grief and nor do colds. Really really would recommend to anyone whose child is suffering from ear infections as a first port of call.

Going to a chiropractor is NOT scary! Jack is the best chiropractor. I've been seeing him for several months and I'm free from back pain. I had multiple appointments with Ruth, she is very knowledgeable and friendly chiropractor practising in a clean and inviting practise. I sought treatment using the Webster technique to help my breach baby turn, and after 2 sessions my baby did in fact turn. I am certain Ruth played a massive part of that. Thank you Ruth, would recommend to anyone.

Vital health has saved me from excruciating neck/arm pain. Initially easing the symptoms so that i can function again with out major pain killers, to then recommending scans to confirm the root cause. Jack is now maintaining my symptoms while we investigate any further next steps. The whole team are very friendly, and supportive. Jack is very attentive, wants to know what i have been doing in order to assess what may have upset my body. listens if say i have extra niggles, and then checks to see if he can help, or gives advice on what i can do to help myself.

I have been seeing Ruth for the last 5 weeks due to pain and weakness in my lower back during pregnancy and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made in such a short time!The treatments she does are so gentle and relaxing, but have made such a huge impact on my quality of life.
