I called D P Locksmiths this evening and spoke with Darren he was fantastic, he was able to talk me through what to do with the lock and we were able to fix the problem without him attending the house, I asked him if there was a charge for the call and he said no, he was just happy he could help and provide customer service. Darren was more than helpful, he took time to explain how to fix the problem and even told me how to prevent it happening in the future, I will always use Darren in the future and will be highly recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you again.

Rude and unhelpful. Customer service 0. Arrogance 100. I asked if a broken lock could be opened and replaced and he said yes". I then asked about how and clarified whether I would need a joiner or any other trade as a result of the work and he plainly rude. Eventually stating "I wont tell you that". I think my request to know if he was going to damage the fabric of the building was perfectly reasonable."

Graeme was fantastic he fixed a broken lock on a patio door, cut extra keys too and arrived promptly the time he said he would. All this on a bank holiday! Very reasonable price I would certainly use him again. Thank you!
