Nether Edge Stoves

Fantastic service from Harry and Pete at Nether Edge Stoves. They spec'd and fitted two stoves for us, doing fireplace removals and renovations as part of the job. The work was done at a reasonable price, on budget, to schedule and very tidily. I'm more than happy to recommend them. In fact, I have to my Mum already and expect that Harry will be installing a wood-burner for her in the near future.

Harry recently installed a log burner for us and his work was incredibly professional from start to finish. From the first visit to give us a quote through to completion of the work, he was helpful and patient (even though we were a bit indecisive!) and explained everything to us clearly and offered us options. The quality of the installation work is top-notch - Harry and Cliff clearly take a lot of pride in their work and are very meticulous about getting it right. They were considerate and tidy while in our home and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nether Edge Stoves.

I finally took the plunge to get a log burner installed in my house, and I'm so pleased that I chose Harry to do the job. He had a great attitude from the moment I got in touch, and was incredibly helpful with all the choices that needed to be made regarding the stove selection and installation, and took the time to understand what I wanted. He was very patient with me considering I was very unsure about whether I could realistically afford to go ahead, but his competitive pricing made it feel like a worthwhile investment. He was incredibly diligent in carrying out the work, and was able to fit around my complicated shift patterns. Excellent - Harry and his team are very friendly and professional. They were very clean, tidy and did an excellent job. We had our fireplace opened, bricks cleaned, plastered and stove fitted. Harry did an amazing job that looks fabulous and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, I would definitely recommend!Harry took time to look at the stoves we were thing of buying & gave us advice about each one & guidance as to what to look for.He arrived promptly on the day he started the job, made sure everything was covered over & tidied at the end of each day.When the job was finished, Harry came back the next day to check we were happy with everything & took time to explain how to use the fire.The stove looks amazing & all the way through Harry has been fantastic, very professional & helpful. Harry and the team installed my stove, flue liner, fireplace, the whole thing, did a great job, really know their stuff, and good value. Highly recommended.

We used Harry to install a new wood burning stove into our fireplace. Harry offered great advice for our specific requirements and went through all the options without being pushy. We’re very happy with the installation as the stove looks fantastic. He left the living room very tidy after each day’s work and explained very clearly how to use our new stove when the job was finished. We’ll definitely be using NES for anything chimney related in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had our log burner fitted and brick surround done by Harry and his team in November 2020. Would 100% recommend. They cleaned up the brick surround (and replaced some dodgy bricks) brilliantly. It's better than I'd ever hoped. No question was too much hassle for Harry and the work was professional and to an excellent standard.
