If I could give a 1 star for this store I would. This store constantly sends me missing items every time I order or they send me a completely different item to what I ordered. This time I ordered a steak bake and received a sausage roll. Its every order. Not sure they really care about customer service and to top it off they have no contact number to even contact the store directly, read in to that you like, but maybe it's why they are not bothered and have no attention to detail.

I was well impressed by the girl who served us today. While preparing our food, she excused us for a second to wash her hands before she started. Never seen that before. I've ashed for a half shot latte and she has actually made it with no fuss! Usually they just refuse to do it. Coffee was perfect. Golden star from me! Thank you!

Greggs in Merthyr offers tasty baked goods & quick service. Their sausage rolls are a highlight, but the variety of sandwiches is limited. Friendly staff & convenient location make it a go-to for a quick bite.
