Put a default on my credit file and I've never had a loan or even heard of these cowboys. Totally different date of birth 10 years before i was born. Phone number just goes straight to answer machine tried for 3 days left 3 messages no resoonse

Friday Applied delicend as they said I'm 3 payments behind so sent them proof the same day I'm not ,got ignored .so today rang and sent the proof again to be told my credit score is too low doesn't make sense. Read another of reviews today and more bad than good .here to help people who caint lend from banks then make up problems as they go along

From the first time i applied for a Five Lamps loan they have been very helpful, the loan i got was easy to apply for with everything explained clearly. Payments are very good compared to other loan companies. Very professional, respond quickly to any enquiries. Can't fault anything and will be a happy customer for years to come if i need any moe help money wise.

Took 3 days for them to tell me I was unsuccessful in my application after saying I had been accepted. Is there really any need to keep anybody hanging on that long in this day and age.

Pretty poor customer service. Polite enough yes but they offer you a loan, say you have passed etc……send you everything then say you haven’t passed…….I’ve seen a few reviews like this so I’d stay away if anyone is thinking of applying…….they waste your time

The worst experience in my life I take a loan and I missed 2 payment.They stress me with call and emails and reported to Credit Reference Agency straight away.I paid in full and after 1 months they don't report nothing.A bunch of liers and unprofessionals.Stay away.
