I was whelmed by my experience. Not overwhelmed, just whelmed. I came back to them as they helped me with my house purchase 10 ish years ago.This time a trainee was assigned to my case and whilst we got where we needed to, not all email communication was clear first time around. This was important to me when dealing with a property sale from out of the country with an 8 hour time difference.Still T&E supported me as I needed them to, and would recommend their services again.

Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful events anyone can undertake! My own personal experience was further complicated by one sale falling through late on in the process! I was recommended Taylor Emmet by the selling estate agent and can honestly say Julie Lomas and her team were highly supportive throughout. Julie and team tried their hardest to collate relevant searches etc. in record time, to coincide completion with my vendor and the sale of my own house. Unfortunately, a sitting tenant prevented this. When exchange and completion eventual took place, it was done quickly and efficiently. I doubt I will ever move again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use Taylor Emmet again.

14 years ago after T & E did my house conveyancing & Will, I vowed I would never use them again because of their poor service. Recently we needed our Wills & deed of trust which they had been storing, however when we went to collect them they hadn’t arrived at the local branch, they then rang to say the documents were there but when we called only the Will had arrived, finally on the third visit they gave us the wrong documents, 3 visits to the branch & several phone calls we have the correct documents!

Sally Todd, Phil Gould and their team have been outstanding. Within 5 weeks we have secured an exchange of contracts with a completion set for next week. The onboarding portal was very user friendly and if you submit all the details at the outset the team then prepare and send out the contract within 24 hours. I was selling my deceased parents house which was complicated as it was a half share with a Housing Association. I have been very pleased with the whole process and Taylor Emmett were particularly helpful, especially Danielle, Lindsey, Cheryl and Ruth. It was a very difficult conveyance with a lot of frustration as the Housing Association were not timely in replying to emails or phone calls, so there was lots of chasing up being done. The team dealt very well with everything and I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Emmmet and would use them myself again should I need to.
