Fantastic place for all occasions, amazing food, lovely team working there and dog friendly too! Couldn't recommend this more, especially for Sunday Lunch or evening meals :)

We were a group of 6 and the team were so friendly and accommodating. We each ordered roasts and all were absolutely gorgeous and meats cooked to perfection. Food and drinks were lovely, great pub.

Having cycled past this pub for many, many years I finally paid a visit. We were homeward bound from Barmouth and decided we need a Sunday lunch stop. I used my local knowledge to take country lanes to the village.After such a long wait I wasn't disappointed and neither were any of the party. The service, food, decor, etc were first class, in fact everything was. Great range of beers, bottled, draught and cask conditioned. All the usual spirits, mixers and wines.The Sunday menu had several starters and afters. The roast gave a choice of meats and a vegan option. All in all, a most enjoyable meal and visit. I won't wait long to revisit.

Lovely village and very community spirited pub. Nice food, staff are really nice and the pub itself is very welcoming.There's a village shop attached which is open whenever the pub is open which is brilliant for picking things up whilst your there. Lots of local produce in it.The pub serves a bunch of ales beyond the norm so makes for a nice pint. Very well worth a visit.

Friendly staff and nice welcome. Only had a drink but the bar staff on her own even brought our drinks outside. Very friendly.

Local community owned pub, with a local shop selling excellent produce. Very dog friendly, staff were very welcoming. We had a lovely meal, really enjoyed it. Nice beers too apparently. I enjoyed a coffee. Would recommend a visit.
