Teesside Autodrome

Went there for the BDC weekend.Absolutely brilliant location and competition.I’d been to all sorts of motorsport events but never to a proper drift one. Don’t think I’d ever had this much fun as a spectator.The mexican wave with the torches up before the final battles was a particular highlight. As were the pizzas and getting to speak, signed posters and pictures with the drivers.Will definitely be back for more!

Great little track for testing. Staff always helpful and organise the day well and good on site facilities.

Fun track in the car, more suited to smaller cars civics etc

The facilities are OK. Toilets look a bit run-down but are clean. Cafe has reasonable prices. Not accessible for wheelchairs though.There are ranks for a few viewers with a roof in case of rain.Unfortunately the roof is way too small though hence you'll still get wet if there is even the slightest amount of wind. So bring an umbrella.The track itself is fun with a couple of nice turns including a cork screw, and one relatively short straight. Overall the track is quite short but having driven 10 laps it was still a lot of fun.

Great day out watching drift racing with kids we loved it

Had a great day here today driving some of the Supercars! Well worth doing it! PSR team travel the race circuits with their Supercars and Experience cars and are very well setup! Estimate to spend 2-4hrs on site especially for the most popular days! Teesside Autodrome has good facilities even for spectators (Parking, toilets, cafe and customer service) and Kart Racing for the younger ones!

Super track!Been karting a few times but mainly visit for rounds of the British Drift Championship.Great viewing for spectators and good food facilities.

Main thing is the circuit layout itself is a good one. It has a bit of everything; undulations, hairpins, chicanes, a long sweeper and a bit of a straight. All the sections seem to link up nicely and you can develop a good rhythm.Surface offers plenty of grip but is very bumpy in places and damaged in others but you get used to that and ride the track how it presents itself to you.Decent viewing area where a lot of the track is visible.Facilities are minimal. Café for hot food and drinks. Portable toilets for a big 24 hour endurance race were a necessary evil I guess.I was riding a 125cc race bike and enjoyed it thoroughly.Probably 4.5 stars tbf.
