Great service. From Claire on the phone, Laura and Vikki who came to do my end of tennancy clean. They made sure they the flat was done very thorough. It's a shame my new address is out of there area. Thank you for a great job.

Appallingly bad service. We tried them for five months. First cleaner pleasant but very slow. Second cleaner started well but gradually got worse, missing parts of the house, chatting loudly on his phone to personal friends, turning up late. Communication between the cleaners and the office is non existent. They appeared not to know about cancelled sessions and kept billing us for all the sessions. The billing system was opaque and in the end I had to ask for weekly billing. I was able then at least to cancel payments when the cleaner didn't attend. When we had finally had enough, we cancelled the service only to be met by a bill for £27. Fortunately I had kept records so disputed the bill. Anyone who trusted Clarick to keep accurate records would be vulnerable to overcharging. They did not monitor the cleaning. They never asked us for feedback, not even after we cancelled the contract. They just kept asking for money. They agreed not to pursue us for the outstanding amount which we didn't owe. No apology. The person who came out to set up the cleaning was pleasant but again, nothing we told her was passed on. Or if it was, the cleaner forgot.

I really wanted to like this company after it was recommended to us by family members but the customer service has been dreadful.I have contacted Clarick Cleaning on 3 separate occasions to book a spring clean and regular service and each time I have been met with the same response, 'someone will contact you'.I completely understand being busy and/or not being able to take on new clients (if this is the case) but it would be helpful if this was made clear from the beginning instead of making potential customers wait with no response.One month later and no call back, now looking elsewhere.

I absolutely love this company. Clarick cleaning are such a great company to work for and also so use.Always helping clients out with very good cleaning staff.They will always find you alternative help if your cleaner can not do a day.Would highly recommend this company as the number one go to for any cleaning services.

I have recently started cleaning for Clarick Cleaning in Norwich. They are a great company and have been offering me jobs close to home and that fit in with my schedule. Nikki in the office is helpful and easy to correspond with. If your looking to earn some extra money I recommend them.

I hired Clarick Cleaning for a 'spring clean' after some building work the ladies were fab and very thorough, I now have a cleaner come in weekly . this has helped a great deal with my busy life and means I have more time with the kids. What my cleaner gets done in 2 hours is brilliant and I have no complaints ! Highly recommended !

I have nothing but praise for the cleaner I had from Clarick Cleaning. She was fast, very efficient and everything was spotless when she left after each session and would do little extras if she had the time. My 94 year old mother became very fond of her as she was also very caring. We had no trouble with the payment system either. We would still have her if my mother had not become ill and gone into hospital. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

The cleaners we have had have been good... The issue is we have had 5 cleaners in less than a year as the company have a very high turnover. The company dont even tell you that your cleaner is leaving and expect the cleaner to do this... I'm unsure what you pay a service fee to the clarick for, although have since been informed this is for sourcing the quality cleaners.This means you have to take time off work each time to show the new cleaner around your house etc. I would have thought the company would be able to show them around your house, considering you meet a company representative initially and have to show them around your house..but apparently they cant do this. However, they informed us that there are other companies in Norwich who may offer this service.We had cleaners to make life easier... The quality of the clean was good but the constant change of cleaners made it untenable. Clarick did make an attempt to try and resolve Our issues after we had shared our disappointment, but we couldn't get the Friday clean we needed, and trying to solve issues has been very hard work.5/5 for the cleaning quality but a low score for the service we have received from the office.

I am so pleased that I found Clarick Cleaning. The setup of our arrangement was really straightforward and both my regular cleaner and cover cleaners when she has been away do an excellent job very quickly, are adaptable to my needs and are very reliable. I would highly recommend this service.
