Cancelled my 11am appointment I'd waited two weeks for at 8.30am. Saturday so nowhere else to go and had to buy waxstrips ready for my holiday. Really disappointed as would have booked elsewhere I'd had known would be unreliable and let me down. Didn't offer to get another therapist to do (30 mins only bikini wax) so was no other choice. Would definitely NOT recommend if have important event as cannot rely on not to cancel and leave you stuck to sort yourself 0 stars had to shave so two weeks growth waste of time. Awful do not recommend

Amazing! Myself and a friend went for the first time and we had a person named Jade do our wax. Jade explained in detail about the process and great aftercare tips, fantastic calming personality. The results were also amazing. 100% recommendation.

Had an appointment booked for today. Booked it weeks ago then at 7.45am had a message the time had changed unfortunately had to cancel that as the time no good for me.. I totally understand staff can get sick. The only days I can make it no times available so had to book for September. Just hope they keep this appointment as other reviews have said it's an excellent service.

I loved Jade! She was clearly knowledgeable and up for a good challenge with my fickle left eyebrow. She was very nice, polite, and professional. The wax was also right for me -- not one of those super hot wax that require paper strips but a simple lukewarm one that gets pulled off with fingers. I definitely plan to keep using her as long as she's still there!

Had a fabulous experience! Chose 30 min massage and was warmly welcomed by Jade and Pahola. The massage was just perfect. Just what I needed. And Jade’s attention to making my experience comfortable topped it all off. Definitely recommend. Definitely will go back!

Best wax I have ever had, EVER!!! This is my second time at Royal Beauty Lounge Cardiff. I had Pahola both times. She is truly an expert in waxing. The second time, it was pretty much painless. Pahola is super friendly and very professional. I will be going here every time I need a wax from now on and would HIGHLY recommend Royal Beauty Lounge to any and everyone! Had a fantastic waxing experience with Jade at Royal wax, she was incredibly professional, extremely quick, efficient and painless! Jade was very reassuring and friendly, making me feel extremely at ease, especially during the neck and shoulder wax (which I absolutely hate). Jade went above and beyond and the premises were beautifully decorated, temperature controlled and sanitary. Will definately be using Royal Wax again soon and Jade, in particular! Thankyou :)

I don't rate the service, but the customer service. I bought voucher on Groupon. I tried to make an appointment. Lady said, I am coming today or next year, and kept calling me ‘darling’. And in the end, I heard that I could cancel the voucher. So I did. I do get that it is December, but if you advertise your service, you should be aware that people will try to make an appointment soon after the purchase. Would be much appreciated to be nice, not rude to potential new customers.
