The young man who stands by the till needs to improve his attitude. He is very rude and just stands there on his phone ignoring you even after you’ve approached the till and he knows you’re there. I overheard a customer asking him how much something was and he rudely replied, “it says there..” very sarcastically and rudely. Why volunteer somewhere if you don’t want to be there?
