I was asked for a letter from HR to support my wife's student finance application earlier this week. obviously my wife and I kindly called the agency several times to get the letter with the beginning of the hiring and the end. THEY after 4 days calling and various emails THEY REFUSED! ARROGANTLY A MANAGER ON THE PHONE TELLS MY WIFE THAT IT IS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND THEY WILL NOT SEND ANY LETTER !!! all this because I stopped working through them having been hired directly by the company at the beginning of January! I worked with them 6 months never called never had any problems for the first time THAT I needed SOMETHING O BEEN TREATED BY AN MANAGER!! INCREDIBILE but true!!

Rude staff. I encountered their staff and worked with them for a while, their staff was really rude and literaly misbehaved several times. Most of the staff is Romanian so if you are Romanian this place is heaven for you because they prefer Romanians. Not recommeded at all.

Hello.I worked at the agency for exactly two weeks.I have worked in many other warehouses and I have extensive experience in this field.The things I saw inside are positive from the way it works the rating is excellent!Why?The training that was conducted was explained in detail and when I encountered difficulties in the work process immediately responded to Mr. Andy for which I thank him.Thanks also for his responsiveness and courtesy to the work process.The other thing I didn't like was that there were a lot of colleagues who didn't literally speak English.I wonder how they went through the training ??The other thing that my friend I worked with at the same agency was in a difficult situation.His situation was that his mother could not find a job because of the language she was learning.My friend tried to find a job for his mother and the agency said they would not hire her because she did not know the language !?These motives of the agency are questionable and many colleagues disagree with the motives of the agency.I ask the agency to correct these things because in the future there will be problems of a very special type.People which are about to start in Encore personnel job, please keep an eye on your payslips.Because the agency seems that has problems with payments.The payments are on time but sometimes she is not paying the correct amount of working hours.Thanks.Because the agency will see this i beg someone from higher post to provide a brand new printer for the kind ladies in the office.

One of the better resourcing agency- James is one of the best spoken and honest guys i have dealt with during my Fairly new HGV career. Decisive and Fair. I would definitely give them my business and recommend job seekers as well.
