DMH Stallard incorporating Griffith Smith LLP

I'd really like to recommend Griffith Smith, I really would. However from my experience with them unfortunately I can't rate higher than a mere 2-stars.What was a simple estate turned into a nightmare, and my pointers are as follows:Positives:*You can simply leave them to it*Generally very friendly staff*Isn't the most expensive aroundNegatives:*Very nice staff however one did go overboard and started shouting at me on the phone*It will be done this week (I was told this for months) - simply be honest.*As the next of kin, I still wasn't being informed of most things (me and one other dealing with the estate)But my opinion from my experience has led me to not trust not belive them, which for a solicitor is very bad.

Professional and helpful

I called to ask for a simple planning statement to be witnessed only to be told that they were basically not interested. Not a great way to attract new customers, they seemed so far up their own derriere that I think I am glad not to have their professional help.Called another local company who were polite and much more helpful.Bad form I say
