Jawel Paints Smethwick

I haven't left a review before but feel I should on this occasion. Me and my husband phoned the Smethwick branch to order some paint. Our combined knowledge of paint is absolutely nil but thought we'd attack our rusting camper during furlough.We spoke to Nicholas, who is an absolute Saint. He guided us through everything we needed and didn't laugh at our silly novice questions. A real genuine guy, a credit to the company. We also spoke to Anita in regards to delivery during covid, again such a lovely lady and was Happy to help. It was really nice to talk to a friendly team during this hard time. Im sure the rest of the team are just as nice but id recommend asking for Anita or nick when visiting or calling the store.Thank you both so much.

I bought quite a few items from these. I opened the 5ltr primer.. it was only half full.. the hardener (1ltr) was under also. I poured the hardener into a measuring cup. It was only 600ml. I hate being ripped off.

(These cowboys need to be shut down) They do not refund on the paint they couldn’t mix up properly or the paints they mixed up wrong on purpose ! On two occasions now i went to this place and each time after giving them the correct colour code from Mercedes they messed up mixing it up properly and looked a complete mess and different colour on the van! So i went back to get a refund on one of the spray cans they mixed up wrong and they wouldn’t give me it me (they must need all the money they can get) Over £60 in paint down the drain and a lot of hard work prepping/spraying the van all for nothing! Which I’m guessing if they don’t like your face and your exempt from wearing a face mask they’ll probably ruin your paint and blame it on something else! Either that or completely incompetent at what they do! I suggest going to another jawel paints and not these charlatans like i did, i now have the correct colour paint elsewhere with another Jawel paints! They even said it’s completely the wrong colour thats been sprayed on :-(

went for an interview at this place. after making the effort to attend and taking time out to prepare for the interview they never got back to me. i know i haven't got the job but aleast let me know. wasted my time. totally unprofessional.

Just a quick note to say thanks to the Bromsgrove branch, I needed a couple of tins Mercedes blue making up to finish a camper van conversion...the guys were really helpful and it was ready for me to collect.EXCELLLENT SERVICE.Thanks

Very yood experience and very professional. Inexpensive so you don't need to worry. Also, do not let the negative feedbacks keep you away from the shop as they are in fact the best in the business. Dan made sure to give us all the information needed and stayed 45 minutes to ensure we got all the items and information required. I definitely recommend them.

A possible accidental autofill lead to my paint order going to my Office (closed due to covid19). After failed delivery it went back to Jawel. Anita helped me get it sent to the correct address and they covered the cost. Customer service was on point even in this strange period of time.
