Perfect Day - The Wedding Specialist

Had a brilliant time picking my wedding dress here with Amber. She was very helpful and every dress she brought for me to try on, I loved! I fell in love with one of the dresses and came back for a second appointment.Again, Amber was great. She remembered what dresses I had narrowed it down to from my first visit. She was very friendly and professional and definitely made the experience enjoyable!

Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a small time frame to get a dress and although we didn't get one on the day, we were blown away by the sheer professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. We were going to go for a Dessy dress in the end but unfortunately it would take too long to order in. Highly recommended the ladies at perfect day for wedding dresses, bridesmaids or formal dresses.

Fantastic my daughter lives in the IoM and Perfect Day fitted us in and gave her the time and attention. My daughter ordered her dress in Feb 16 for a Christmas wedding. We bought all bridesmaids and flower girls. The approach of staff has always been attentive and interested and actually make you look forward to the day they even get excited for you .

I intended to write this review immediately after visiting the shop but didn't get around to it but decided I should go on ahead a post it anyway.I visited Perfect Day back in February when looking for my wedding dress. I had heard Perfect Day were one of the best wedding shops in NI if not the best. There was one specific dress I wanted to try on and was able to ask for it specifically when booking my appointment. I had an appointment at 2 and the shop opened slightly late after lunch and I was immediately worried I would be pushed for time as I had booked another appointment at Chantilly Lace later that afternoon.After opening late I was ushered into the fitting room with the dresses along with my mother and maid of honour. This room was cluttered with on sale dresses that didn't fit in the main shop area.I was rudely handed a questionnaire to fill in instead of being asked the questions about what I was looking for. Once the sales attendant realised I had been to a number of shops, I was treated even more rudely. Without concern for what style of dress I was interested in the sales attendant handed out a number of dresses and told me to try them on. I did so reluctantly as they weren't anything I liked while she took a long time to find the two dresses I specifically asked to try on.To cut a long story short I was hurried, handed things without asking my opinion, and I genuinely felt as though I was poop on their shoes.Prior to this visit I had thought I was going to purchase my gown their but even if I had found 'the dress' I would not have bought it there as their treatment was abhorrent.

We went shopping for bridesmaids' dresses today. The staff were outstanding and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for your help and time.

This bridal shop is a must for anyone planning their wedding. Great selection of dresses and girls were so helpful. Dresses to be found within your budgetcouldn't recommend enough

Excellent experience at Perfect Day. Lovely girls, so friendly and helpful, and made the experience of choosing my bridesmaid dresses stress free and enjoyable! Also bought my mums dress from here and they were so helpful with that experience too! Can't wait to see my bridesmaids in their beautiful dresses on my big day in 3 weeks!!

My daughter bought her dream dress from Bernie and the girls at perfect day. My daughter was made to feel like a princess and there was no stress on finding a dress as after describing what we liked, the perfect dress was chosen.
