Excellent home

Nice and tidy. Good staff and we'll looked after.

I would not put my dog in this place. They treated my mum appalling. I have to give one star to enable the review but they do not deserve anything. Appalling care

My uncle has been here for almost a month, the staff are lovely and the home is immaculate. The food is amazing and they often offer him seconds! If he doesn’t like something they always ensure he has an alternative.The manager spent a lot of time answering families questions before my uncle came to Rosedale, and we did not feel rushed at all, we had his full attention. The nursing staff are lovely and always answer any questions we have. Most importantly my uncle is happy and has said he wants to stay, so that for us is confirmation that he is being well cared for.
