A last minute decision to hire a driver to tour the Isle of Skye lead to a remarkable day with Duncan. Best decision we made. Duncan was absolutely the best. He reached out a few days ahead of our tour and customized it just for us. We had trouble finding a taxi to our train from our very out of the way hotel and he tried to help us find someone but was unsuccessful so he actually did it himself. Very knowledgeable about Skye history. Lives in Skye as well. He is sensitive to your desire of music and conversation.

We enjoyed a wonderful day with Duncan in Skye! Throughout the planning process, Duncan was easy to communicate with, made suggestions and tailored our tour to us. Being a local from Skye (his family living there for 500 years!), when our weather turned rainy, Duncan was able to adapt and amend our itinerary. We had a great four hours with Duncan as our local guide. You can tell he loves Skye. Considerate and respectful of the people and place.Our visit was short but Duncan packed in as much as he could. Providing additional information on walks and spots we could take the next day.

Honestly cannot recommend enough! Duncan is the perfect guide - he knows so much about the island, makes you feel completely comfortable and is good for a laugh along the way. I never would have found all the amazing places he took us, it's a proper locals perspective.
