I first started going to Sussex Zest because i was looking for a barre class in my area. I was made to feel so welcome and soon started attending the TRX classes too. There are no everyday generic classes here, it is all niche! The small friendly classes mean you soon get to know everyone and Sam is passionate about what she teaches which is very motivating! I also just bought an annual membership which is amazing value!

Every gym should be like this! A lovely supportive environment, I always come away having worked hard and laughed lots.Sam is a brilliant instructor (as are the others) hugely knowledgable and motivating. She is always able to give great alternatives if an exercise doesn't suit you. I could not recommend highly enough (and that comes from someone who considered herself very unsporty). Thank you zest

I have been training at Zest for almost two years. Sam is an amazing instructor who has taken me from post baby lack of fitness to someone who really enjoys keeping fit and challenging myself to improve. This is such a friendly and supportive studio. You won't find better.
