Brilliant hotel, staff were excellent and friendly. Clean and excellent value for money. Will not stay anywhere else on future visits..highly recommended!

No toilet roll room hadnt been hoovered , 2 towels for 3 adults very steep stairs one member of staff around hadnt a clue where anywhere is in Blackpool.also cash only

Unfortunately had to cancel our reservation less than a day before due to a family emergency. When I contacted the owner she was lovely and understanding and refunded our booking even though the free cancellation period had expired. Will definitely book here again for how compassionately she handled this.

Lovely hotel, lovely couple who own and run it! Made us feel so welcome, good price for family of 2 adults n 1 child. Rooms clean n tidy along with rest of hotel. Breakfast was beautiful service was brilliant. In great place for anything in Blackpool we defo will be using this hotel again soon thanks for having us was lovely stay xxx

Was it poor? That is an understatement. Do not book this hotel unless you like sleeping in damp beds which gets you wonder if it's sweat or urine!! Had to put a towel on at first, before sleeping, as I thought it maybe just cold sheets but when I woke it still felt cold and damp. Everything about it is dirty. On arrival, no towels, no tea/coffee, half of toilet roll, dirty, dusty, flies in room, smell of damp and rotting floors on way in.

Overnight stay 26th / 27th Oct. Great b+b 5 minutes from the tower with parking can't fault the room , perfect for our needs great breakfast that'll keep you going all day, lovely couple that run it well worth a visit if you need to stay in Blackpool..

They found us accom when our original booking fell through at another place, basic but comfortable. Deffo worth staying here, room only but that's fine, 19 cafes within 5 min walk for breakfast

Amazing stay staff really nice and friendly and so helpful the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever stayed best 2 nights sleep I have ever had great value for money will 100% be staying here again and probably everytime I come to Blackpool

Stayed at this hotel in July 2021. Hotel is very poor and scruffy. I found pubic hair in my bed and the shower room was covered in damp and mould. Bed covers were not washed after previous guest and cups provided were dirty, so i decided to walk out and book at another hotel. My advise would be to book another hotel room as this is a dive ! Stay away it really doesnt deserve the 1 star !!!
