Party Crashers London were amazing! Being the owner of a small business myself, I know the importance of customer service and I must say Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure I got everything right. I have used Party Crashers for several occasions and I’m never disappointed. Fantastic friendly, personable, creative and reliable service with displays that last. My daughters 2nd birthday display lasted so well, it was delivered end of February and was on display in her room until end of June when we had to pop it to make some space. I will be using Party Crashers for all future events and occasions without hesitation.

Amazing! Vanessa is incredible. From ordering, asking lots of questions about what she offered, to delivery, Vanessa was unbelievably helpful, professional and provided an exceptional service and amazing quality balloons. I cannot recommend her enough and we cannot wait till the next event to use her again.

received the most amazing service from the owner Vanessa. I got in contact with Vanessa after having someone cancel on me two days before. She managed to fit me in and even helped me pick a colour scheme , gave me suggestions overall she was a dream. I will be using her company moving forward.

Party Crashers have been so good to me and family over the last month. With that is going on in the world, it's even more important for me to make the effort to celebrate with family and Party Crashers have wowed and come through everytime. I even made the most last minute order today (it was for today) and they came through fully!!!!The customer service exceeds your expectations by far and the balloons and arrangements are simply amazing! I am so happy to have stumbled across the company and will continue to use them for all my events!

Vanessa helped me out with a last minute booking for a balloon garland and personalised backdrop as we were let down by another company. She came on time, very professional and we were so happy with the outcome. She also travelled quite a distance however quoted us a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and will definitely use her again!

Beautiful balloons, great selection and absolutely fantastic service! Vanessa went out of her way to deliver balloons for my parents 70th, after a hiccup with my planned delivery driver. She didn’t hesitate and delivered personally, even though we weren’t in the catchment area. Unbelievable service and communication and lovely balloons!

As soon as I went into the shop vanessa was so welcoming and so helpful.. ballons we got for a baby shower were beautiful.. thankyou vanessa dropped them of even asked if we needed any help setting up... so lovely to meet you such a lovely lady who is a credit to her business.. thanks again Caroline x
