Rang the bell, could hear people talking on other side of the door. Nobody came to see me. Had a parcel to drop off so not a complex request. Terrible service.

What's the point in only being open until 2:00pm when your customers work all day!As with many businesses nowadays, you are only interested in making your life easier and not your customers.

I get that you have to operate lower hours at the sorting office, but perhaps advertise that on the Missed Delivery cards, since they still say 09.30 - 17.30. A complete wasted journey.Tried to sort on the website, but that isn't working properly either.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Probably the most ridiculous open times I’ve ever seen, this is the HQ and can’t stay open for more than 2 hours a day. My parcel was a crucial part for my vehicle which is now left me with no transport for work I got a text message at 9.15 saying it was ready to collect. 45 mins !!!! To get there where on earth do the staff go after 10 who on earth opens an office for 2 hours a day. Close the felicity office and transfer parcels elsewhere. Don’t go here !!

As said on a previous post - they need to update the opening times on the cards ... absolutely ridiculous as the new revised opening hours are near non existent...

I had to collect a package, it was nothing there but they told me where it was delivered and I collected from the house all sorted. In case anyone stays at the Premiere Inn in Haverfordwest it shares the post code with the farm next door.

Parcel came to my partners address in Haverfordwest. We were in yet, there was no knock at the door, or ring of the door bell. We heard the post including other letters come through the letterbox, and went to the door, only to find the parcel slip had been posted for us to go and collect from the sorting office. The sorting office hours are terrible and the parcel was an essential item to fix a vehicle. I am registered disabled, and now have to find a way to get to the sorting office, as the part that should've been delivered to the door is now there.

An update - now only open for 2 hours so no chance of getting post except on a Saturday. No good to a business or a home. I ordered food online which unfortunately was coming by Royal Mail. Are week old pasties any good!!!Customer parking always full even when no customers. Refuse to deliver our mail because they say electric vehicles won’t come through the ford at the bottom of our drive. Today one of their electric vehicles came to our property to deliver a parcel. It wasn’t on the van. I had already been to the depot and was told there was no parcel for us. A complete waste of time, them and us as it was obviously still at the depot. Clearly electric vehicles go through our ford very easily.

Wasted 12 mile journey as limited opening hours at present. Not stated on card they left. Also phone number listed on Google is invalid. Get a grip, good customer service is really easy... you just need to care. OK rant over. Otherwise a satisfactory service once you actually get to find one of the limited parking spaces and collect your package. I've increased my rating because the opening times/info on card seem to have been improved, thank you, although other info remains wrong! Besides, all our local post-persons are great!
