I'm a landlord / property developer & needed a small commercial floor install doing. After looking about & having a chat with Kevin from KML, I was lucky enough to get booked in within a week as they had another job delayed. Can tell this is not always the case as they are in demand (which is a good thing).Decided on specification, chatted job through & got a quote - always a risk when using a new contractor, but am glad to say it was a risk worth taking !I selected KML as Kevin had the best knowledge (from experience) & offered the best solution.Contractors turned up punctual, advised me on a few things, stayed late to finish the job (much appreciated), cleared up after themselves & had a good attitude. Very experienced & skilled team. Great lads.Would highly recommend you want a top quality job doing from some professionals proud of their work. I'm a skilled tradesman & also recruiting trades so very picky about work quality, as had a lot of tradesmen challenges over the years - am glad to say work quality was outstanding & well thought out. Very pleased that we chatted through the fine details & I was given good advice. Have fitted a lot of domestic floors over the years & dealt with the preparation work pains - the KML Flooring team are seriously skilled pro's, as we solved all prep work issues.Would certainly use again & highly recommended.Many thanks & all the bestPS: I don't normally review as too busy - so the fact I've taken time out to do this show's I'm a VERY happy customer :)
