Next Level Security Services Ltd

Contacted this security company after previous ones kept letting me down and I’ve never looked back. Their staff are in a different league. They know what they are doing whereas other companies send anyone they can get to cover a shift. I rarely leave reviews but I’m fed up of dealing with security companies that look great on a website but haven’t got a clue about delivering the goods. Well done next level.. you have a very happy customer.

Looking forward work with them

I worked for this company for around 3 months before having to unfortunately leave due to struggling to balance university with work. Next level security was a delight to work for with the vast majority of staff I engaged with being lovely to talk to and work with. The app they use to clock in and out as well as view shifts very much helps to simplify things when working. Additionally with the option to pick up extra shifts when needed from multiple different kinds of shifts which does help to keep things fresh.However I did suffer with two negatives whilst working here, the first being the lady who was in charge of my work load very rarely answered her phone or replied to texts at times it did feel like i was being ignored. This issue was solved as i began speaking to a woman called Lisa who was extremely helpful and was always lovely to talk with. The other issue I suffered whilst working was a delay in my monthly pay check. I did have to call the company multiple times to get it sorted and paid. However my last pay check was on time with no issues so it may have been a one off.Overall Next level security is a company i would highly recommend working for especially if you are new to the industry. You will definitely gain valuable experience and meet some lovely people.

Absolutely disgusting to see your staff physically and verbally assaulting men and women. I appreciate your staff have to deal with challenging situations but violence is not the solution and is not acceptable.

I worked here for 3 years but left due to illness. This is longest company I ever worked for and that’s because I was looked after. Got paid on time, management Is a proper management and not ones who just think they know about security. Any guard wanting to work for a real company should go to these.

I do not generally write reviews unless I feel strongly about something. After using many local security suppliers over the years and generally not wanting to use them again, NLSS came recommended and I’m so glad they did. No false promises, good and honest management with staff who actually want to work for them. Breath of fresh air. I will be recommending NLSS to anyone wanting an honest professional security company.

One of the best jobs I've been in the management and the office are a great help when I need 247 always ask how I'm doing and offer support when I needed love this company will continue too work for them for as long as possible
