Good fun workout based around boxing. No sparring, just each have their own punch bag.

Fantastic! Brilliant work out in a cool & unique environment. This place has got me totally hooked (pardon the pun!) on exercise, which says an awful lot as I hated classes before! Been going weekly for the last 9 months & I literally can’t wait to get to my class!! Would highly recommend- join BOxSQUAD now!!

Awesome workouts, trendy place, great like-minded people.

The building and the classes were nice, the only reason why I give low rating is that I find their charging policy a bit antiprofesional.I went twice, the first time I didn't have a towel, the trainer told me I can not enter without a towel, I mentioned that I have a second t-shirt I could use as a towel, he didn't accept it and he charged me instantly for a towel and cloth without asking me. If it was not so spontaneous, I could just skip the class and come the next time with a towel, the cost of booking a class was lower than buying the products.You need to provide your card in the webpage in order to register, so they can charge you directly.The second time I forgot my facemask. In the rules you need to wear a mask before you enter, but the first time people were waiting outside in distance so wearing a mask was not mandatory. I asked to enter and they told me I couldn't without a mask and they mentioned I could buy one there. Adding, the mask was supposed to be for some stretching before the class starts, but the previous time this didn't happen and to be frank I believe the trainer made it only to justify that I need to buy the mask.The prices of the equipment were just a bit higher than usual, which is expected, but my problem was mostly with their behaviour making me buying it.

Awful, bloody awful

A brilliant workout. I hate gyms and this studio offers a full body workout with the nicest bunch of people and classes to suit all levels of fitness. The design is super stylish and feels like it's been lifted right out of London. Can't wait for Studio 2 to open in Leicester.

If you want a full body exhilarating workout, this is the place - Hats off to all the trainers involved as not one session is the same and after almost 12 weeks training consistently they don't get any easier!! Great place for fitness, I never leave this place disappointed.
