I’ve used most of all the local PC repair businesses for various laptops over the years. Nick at PC partners blows the rest out the water !I hardly ever write reviews but it had to be said and credit where it’s due.Nick is hard working, professional and has done amazing work for a complex laptop repair at a fair price.Very trustworthy and helpful and from now on I’d only ever use Nick or recommend him.

I’m always hesitant to use a service without recommendation from someone I know…. But the service I received was exceptional. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything to me, gave me options, was honest, communicative and efficient. It honestly feels like I have a new pc. Thank you!

1st rate service! After inadvertently spilling liquid into my laptop keyboard, I rang PC Partners who answered the call immediately and invited me to take the laptop into them. After drying out the computer, a new motherboard was fitted and, although this happened over the Christmas/New Year period with attendant postal delays, the repair and clean were completed in a timely manner, during which regular updates on progress were given to me by phone. Nick is genuine, knowledgeable and customer-focused: excellent service and I am very happy to recommend for any computer issues.Later Addition (December 2023):Excellent service, once again; this time, to replace a worn battery in my laptop. Nick, also, inspected the computer and offered sound advice on how to maximise its effectiveness. Customer oriented, knowledgeable and very efficient, I can strongly recommend PC Partners.

My wife had some issues with her laptop recently. After checking online and seeing the reviews for PC Partners I phoned Nick who was able to deal with it almost immediately.From drop off to collection was approximately 3 days! Fantastic service. Laptop all sorted and the added bonus of being reasonably close. Would not hesitate to use again should the need arise.

This is the second time that I have used the services offered by Nick at PC partner. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything, the turn around was very quick, which helped me greatly. He called me first with the diagnosis the the cost. I gave him the go ahead and I now have a fully functioning as new laptop. I would recommend using PC Partners
