Celebrity Cruises UK

Baltic cruise recommended, we went in 2019, but obviously Russia now off the menu.Excellent food and accommodation etcPortugal and Canaries booked next October.

Booked a cruise for this October June/2022 (last year). Booked my flight and my hotel. Six months before sailing, you are informing us your organization have overbooked and cancelled booking. The notification indicates a $500.00 dollar for my expense. That is not even 1/2 of the cost of my flight. I have cruise with many cruise lines. But never again will I travel with Celebrity cruise. This is a caution to whoever reads and book with Celebrity cruise. This is not how a cruise line should be treating the patrons.

In my opinion the best of all the cruise lines and we have been on most.

We sailed on the Celebrity Silhouette to the Norwegian Fjords from Southampton. The ship was pretty good overall. The entertainment was great, Cafe al Bacio was our favourite place to snack, eat cakes and drink coffees and wines. The stateroom was fine but nothing special and a little noisy at night. We were on deck 6. Main dining was poor and a real letdown. Food was lukewarm, portions small and the choice on offer was really lacking. No variety day to day. We stopped eating in there after a particularly bad experience and ate in the buffet restaurant instead which was good. Pool, kids club and snacks were all great. The Spa Cafe had healthier options available and they made a nice change. Overall a good cruise experience.

We have taken 20+ cruises with royal caribbean and Celebrity. Celebrity is a quieter, more relaxed experience and I would say a step up in customer service and catering. The concierge cabins are lovely, ships are always very clean and hygienic.

What a delight to be pampered on the Celebrity silhouette, waiters were excellent in every restaurant and ,bar and mike the Cruise director with his bubbly personality, loved the lock in and sing along, also the silent disco what a laugh we had. the only downside having taken the drinks package, there was no Southern Comfort on board, so my wife had the odd rum and coke and i had the zero beer. The food was to die for congrats to the chef and team and not to mention the cabin staff, always a cheery good morning.July 16th to July 23rd Norway

First cruise with family, on Silhouette from Southampton, for 2 weeks around the Med.Enjoyed it so much we've booked another cruise from Barcelona next Aug!Everything about the ship was nice - the food, entertainment and facilities are excellent, but the staff make the experience even better. Always professional, helpful and friendly.Highly recommended.

Absolutely blown away by quality, service and experience. First ever cruise and the staff couldn't have done more! Even had a cake delivered on my birthday, which was a lovely touch! Loved it so much I'm off to Alaska next year with them. Onboard prices are crazy, so the drink package was a godsend. Beware of you're using debit card as the hold takes a bit to come off again.
