Total joke no one is ever there very very poor

Really rude on the phone. Politely asked if there were any appointments today and got a blunt “no”. Don’t recommend.

Went for implant removal and replacement. I am rubbish with injections and so was extremely anxious. The Dr who dealt me was so lovely. She put me at ease and just made the whole experience at lot easier. Highly recommend. I also turned up on the wrong day and the ladies on reception were lovely and helped me with the information I needed to find out when I should have actually been there.

I've been trying to get an appointment to have my implant changed for nearly three months now, I've called as requested Monday mornings weekly (and at other times) and still no help. I'm in quite a lot of pain! Customer service over the phone is seriously lacking.

Very friendly staff as I was nervous never been to a clinic before after a minute or so felt very comfortable got my results in under 2 weeks highly recommend this service thankyou to the staff for a great service

There are very few reviews for this clinic, most are outdated and many are unfairly negative, commenting on previous phone issues, rather than the service.I understand that many people would rather not share such a private experience of visiting the clinic, so are less likely to write and upload a review. However, as the health sector is often easily criticised rather than praised, I feel the need to show gratitude and thanks for my experience at Beeston today.Can I kindly express my sincere appreciation for all staff, including the initial phone operator who advised me where and when to go; the receptionist at Beeston who managed the walk in clinic appointments; and the exceptionally caring and kindhearted nurse, whose bedside manner was above and beyond - a true role model of outstanding and experienced nursing.The same treatment was going to be a three month process via my own GP. Instead, the service provided at Beeston was all arranged and completed in one day.I hope other people who use your service, who have their needs met, and who walk away feeling so respected and well treated, also take the time to say a simple thank you - you really do a great job.

Rude lady, been calling all day and she said that I hadn't. Like she knew, still unable to get an appointment, tried for 2 days now its a joke.

My first visit today to discuss IUS replacement. Lovely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Walk in means a wait, yes, but definitely not as bad as the Merrion Centre! Luckily an appointment was available, so in about 2 hours I was on my way home with everything sorted. Really impressed, thank you ☺️

Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare! Ringing from 830 and the automated message cuts you of before it even rings. Live chat on the website is no help either when it isn’t working at 9am (as it claims). Made trying to get an appointment such a hassle
