Really helpful and knowledgable staff, guiding us to exactly what we needed.I'm sure we'll be back when this tin of paints empty.Also one of the best handlings of covid cautiousness I've seen in a shop.

Very sad to leave this review but I was very shocked to hear how one of the members of staff on our visit to you today spoke to another customer. Yes we are all having to make changes to the way our businesses run, and the way we live our lives, but for one of your staff to rudely say to a customer 'its two people in at a time, can't you read the notice on the door' followed by 'youll have to queue outside' before turning his back and walking out to the back of the shop, was just rude. Sadly, this experience has left a bad taste, and although the lady we dealt with was lovely, I don't think we will be back.

F&B have a great selection though without Mark and Jenn’s guidance we wouldn’t know what goes best with what. They are both extremely friendly and passionate about what they do and for those who are open to have a conversation about their choices, Mark and Jenn can be of great help to enable you to make the most out of the F&B selection. They advise on color families, interested to look at pictures of the layout of the house and existing furniture to advise tailor made choices for you and without paying for consultation! Very impressed with both of them and how meticulous they are, easy to talk to and ask questions. I would recommend them without hesitation! Thanks a lot guys!!

The staff in this shop are fully trained in the Farrow and Ball paints and give really good advice about colours to use. I was stuck with what to use in my kitchen which has cream high gloss cupboards and red appliances. I didn't want cream as that would have been too bland but the red made it difficult to choose a colour. I was immediately recommended to use Elephant's Breath which was perfect.

I have used this store several times looking for paint samples for furniture, walls for my home & business. The staff have been super helpful at every stage with advice & ideas to try. I have been really impressed with their attention to detail and friendliness and will always now be a regular customer for my paint needs!

Purchased paint from here and when we returned home we realised it expired last year. We contacted head office and had to wait over a week for a response, to which the only response (a week later) was to offer us an exchange. We had to buy paint elsewhere as we needed it urgently. 3 weeks later and we still have not received a refund for this expired paint. Appalling customer service

Staff extremely rude and unwelcoming. After spending over £500 on paints in recent years, I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

There were two sets of customers in store on Saturday afternoon. One set had a very pleasant and helpful experience choosing their paint colours. The other set of customers ( ourselves ) were treated rudely, served begrudgingly and made to feel awkward. I would have left if I hadn’t particularly wanted F&B paint. After a short time the server told us he couldn’t carry on with our requirements as he had an appointment on zoom. This was a lie as we walked past twice and he was stood in the store.The only saving grace for F&B is there is a store in Solihull that I will visit tomorrow to place the order for the paint for the 11 rooms we are decorating. It’s your loss Leamington branch. Given the other reviews on here it seems that I am not the only one to be on the receiving end of the rudeness.
