The shop itself is clean and well kept! The staff I met there that day were kind of helpful, trying to put customer at ease especially when taking your passport photo.But again it not easy to comment on how customer are being well treated in general, because, I was perhaps lucky that day with the staff that was there on that particular day and shift. Ofcorse different staff each times, well different experiences at different times as well.I rather stay cautious about the whole thing.

Extremely rude staff very bad customer service.They have really nasty attitude I won’t waste your money and time there

The saying is true quality is not cheap, I had an amazing experience for my recent visit, wanted photos of certain specification for visa formalities which the staff offered to retake the picture second time even after a two days of gap that to at no extra cost, they all are very supportive, I would highly recommend them. Once again thank you.

My girlfriend came here to get some film developed from our 1970s film camera. The next day when she called to ask when it would be ready to collect she got yelled at by one of the women who work there who repeatedly shouted that “they aren’t ready yet!” With no information as to when they actually would be ready. Eventually we got the photos and they came out very well, but upon inspecting the camera we’ve seen that the case had carelessly been ripped open leaving it now no longer fit for use, and the camera itself covered in some sticky residue. Absolutely astounded by the lack of care for an irreplaceable camera, and just to top it all off she was then charged an extra £5 with no explanation so I can only assume it is the “we’ve broken your camera and don’t have the decency to own up to it” fee. Utterly shambolic and I would not advise anyone come to this store.

Need to find new staff verry verry rude and unkind and unwelcoming. Big attitudes and always in a rush to shut shop. Worst place I have been in and hade to feel sooo uncomfortable. who ever owns this business I would take note of the bad reviews BEACOUSE ITS TRUE to who owns the shop I would like to shair my voice recording with you I am discussed in the way I have been treated!!!!!

Went today. Staff very rude towards people coming in and raising their voices. Laughing among themselves, rushing people and answering people without any patience. Felt very uncomfortable there. Won’t be coming back anyone soon

I went to buy pics for my anniversary box for my wife and went there. The three girls helped me with which sizes to choose for the pictures and went the extra mile yo help me. They were very professional and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely come back again for some more pictures. Those three girls are great staff yo have and you are very lucky to have them. Thank you guys

Terrible customer service and picture quality. The staff lady that was taking pictures ( dark hair) made me feel so uncomfortable so i couldn’t bother to ask to have the pictures taken again even if i paid £14. I wish i would have checked the reviews before going to this branch.

Natalie was brilliant and did everything to help me get the best photos and frames
