Bescoby Jewellers

I travelled to Bescoby's from Huddersfield as my friends and family have used the jewellers in the past...and just like my family and friends I received outstanding service. I went in for wedding and engagement rings to be re-sized but we also looked at what eternity rings they had available. We found the most perfect eternity ring and bought that along with having my rings resized. I was expecting to be told that it would take a couple of weeks, but was told it would be much quicker than that and I actually picked everything up the following day. They all fit perfectly and I'm over the moon with the workmanship. I dealt with a couple of different ladies in the shop and they were all so lovely and helpful. If I need anything in the future I will definitely be back.

Poor customer service. Took a ring in for a resize. Waited 3 weeks until I eventually caved and went back into the shop to see what was happening… only to be told the ring can’t be resized because it’s not silver (I could have told them that the day I went into the shop!). No phone call to let me know out of courtesy. Disappointing. Would expect that from a big chain, not what looks like a family establishment.

I messaged Bescobys to see if they had a certain type of bracelet in, I was responded to near enough straight away advising they did and would add a clasp and send me a price. The price was the best around, especially for the quality and I picked it up the next day (today) They altered the size for me on site as it was a tiny bit bigger than we thought which only took a few minutes, I couldn't be happier with the bracelet and service received. I also ended up taking another bracelet In later that day to be altered and was charged a fraction of the price expected and again, took a few minutes! My family have used Bescobys for years and this was my first experience myself, can definitely say I will be returning! Thank you so much Bescobys.

Can definitely recommend, such fab service! I took 2 snapped stainless steel bracelets in for repair, they fixed them on the spot and didnt charge me ! This is great service from your local Jewellers in Shaw, so keep your business local when you can and support our local shops. Much appreciated and Merry Christmas to you all.

The staff are just lovely. A real good honest jewellery shop giving the best prices and selling the most stunning pieces of jewellery. I'd never go anywhere else. Thanks guys.
