I had been trying to lease a property in Windsor with another real estate agency, the process was extremely painful and when I walked away I was left with a rather bitter tase in my mouth from the whole experience.I found a property online that i liked the look of and then connect with Phil from Warren Properties, Phil has been amazing to deal with the viewing process was made very easy and was non stressful unlike my previous experience and the application process from the time i said i would like the property to the time i had the keys in my hands was less then a week.Phil has been fantastic to deal with during the whole process and since i have moved in as well, I could not recommend him enough he is super friendly the property has been excellently maintained and much better then the previous one i was looking at.

Despite a challenging market Warren Property Matters found me two buyers, and pushed through the sale contract in only a few weeks, engaging with both sides solicitors. Really poor communication if you are a potential renter. I’ve asked to be added to the mailing list for rentals and given my specifics on numerous occasions and just don’t get any updates or any communication back when I do email. It just seems as if you’re an inconvenience for actually being interested in their properties and seems as though they have people they would rather deal with and if you are new on their list they aren’t interested. A property we were interested in viewing we were advised not to even bother as we were 12th on the list. Miraculously this property appeared relisted a few weeks later and we weren’t advised or contacted and when I contacted them, they wanted my specifics again and to know if it was for me or a company let. Just a really difficult company I believe to deal with who make you feel like you are pestering them.
