I saw a lovely houseplant for sale, so asked to buy it and was given one which had cellophane around it. When I got home I saw 25% of the plant was completely rotten and when I repotted it, I saw that the majority of the roots were rotten too so it’s unlikely it’ll ever grow properly. I emailed the florist to say I didn’t think the house plants should be sold and didn’t receive a response. Very disappointing!

I live in Canada and have purchased arrangements from this florist. Always very pleasant and never disappoints. The arrangements have been lovely.You outdid yourself this time for the Christmas arrangement and the lovely gifts you also included for that special person in Whitstable.. many thanks and appreciation from Canada!! Jane and her team did the flowers and venue decoration for my wedding and everything was just wonderful.I was quite late to arrange this element of the wedding but that was never an issue. I also had a very last minute change of heart close to the big day about how to decorate the venue. Jane surprised me on the day, bringing the last minute vision to life. I nearly cried when I first saw it and so many guests commented on how beautiful the decor was.Jane is an incredibly talented florist and I have no hesitation in recommending her for all your future flower needs. Jane supplied our wedding flowers for our wedding this summer. Choosing Jane was the best decision that we made, she really listened to how we wanted the venue to look and was so creative in carrying out the floral arrangements. We also hired candal sticks and table runners from her which also took pressure off of us trying to source these item. Jane also helped to set up the venue at an extra costs but this was so worth it as the venue looked so stunning and the flowers were just incredible. I absolutely loved working with Jane she is a floral genius!!
