Absolute garbage they hire under qualified people change the rota of the workers every half hour and have no professionalism joke of a company deserves to close down

The service which we received was outstanding. All the carers were very good, helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Since the new Management have taken over this company the care and support has been outstanding. We have put our faith into the hands of Dementia Care to support both our elderly parents who suffer from Dementia. Their professionalism, expertise, lines of communication and overall support and advise has been second to none. This has taken a great deal of pressure and worry from ourselves and we are very satisfied with the services they provide. They have tailored their care for their individual needs and do their best to work to timescales. Although confused our parents feel very at ease with the individual carers who support them. These carers are personable and always treat them with kindness and respect. We as a family would have no hesitation in recommending Dementia Care and Support to anyone.

is it possible to post no stars,this company is rubbishI assume the previous ratings are written by employeeesthe manager they sent didnt listen,the people that turn up are bossy,they continually turn up at the wrong time,dont turn up when they should,turn up when told not to and the office staff I spoke to are bad tempered rude and v unhelpful,one week of this lot is one week too manyI am/about to be a former-user,not a Local Guide""

Customer service exceptionally poor. Cannot fault the Carers problem's lie with administration etc. Four star rating for Carers.
