Martin provided a first class solution to a major problem I had.We had too much water and nowhere for it to go. Martin came and designed the solution. The time and effort he spent on site gave me the confidence he was the man for the job. Thanks again Martin. Great job.

We were planning on having a large patio laid in our back garden and before work commenced I wanted some old drains removed and renewed. Martin was recommended to us by another person and what a life saver Martin was. Made the phone call, came out when he said he would, had a look and listened to what we required, came up with some good ideas which we took on board and went away to price up. We knew from the meeting we would be hiring Martin as it was a relaxed and funny meeting with lots of laughter going on. Martin and Charlie carried out works to a high standard but during the work Martin realised the existing extension footings were vey poor and a old rain water pipe had been blocked off incorrectly resulting in footings slowly sinking, what a life saver this was. Martin gave us a price there and then to put this mess right. The repair that was carried I do not think its going to move for a long time. Any future ground work Martin will be top of my list.

Excellent service, excellent advice and a job done properly! Martin and the team put in a new septic tank (the very very old one was way too small and the soakaway did not work) in to our property in very difficult ground conditions, we had running sand and poor drainage, but after digging a few test holes Martin found the perfect spot for a big soakaway field, since then we have had no issues with the soakaway and the tank works beautifully.. do it the right way once!

We used R C Atkin to remove topsoil and brick/rubble from a one acre site in our garden at a new house we are renovating. Martin and his team did an amazing job removing all the topsoil and old brick/aggregate, levelling out the site and then setting out clean aggregate right across the site to make it safe and suitable for building works to commence. The guys did this on some of the coldest winter days, the works were completed quickly and they achieved a fantastic end result. Highly recommended.

This guy is great. I had a blocked section of piping feeding my pool, and had two previous companies look at it and couldn't do anything. Martin at R C Atkin came out and removed the blockage within half an hour and gave great advice on avoiding future issues. Excellent.

After researching several companies, we asked R C Atkin if they could investigate and clear our blocked land drainage system. Martin visited promptly with his CCTV camera and was able to show us exactly what was happening underground and demonstrated where there was a build up of roots in the pipework. Further work was required to clear the drains, including jet washing and some digging and installation of some inspection chambers/manholes, to make it easier for maintenance in the future. All work was carried out methodically and with care. Martin and his team are a pleasure to have on the premises, they take the time to explain everything clearly and we would definitely recommend them.

We have used R C Atkin for 2 jobs now and we have been really happy with both. They did a quick job to rebuild a broken manhole in a paddock and also replaced our failing septic tank with a sewage treat plant. Really well thought out job with great attention to detail. Very impressed with their professionalism, care to survey the ground works for power/water/pipes and how quickly they work.

R C Atkin have just completed the installation of our new Water Treatment Plant and Soakaway.
