I'm sorry to have to review this business in the way I'm about to, because I like to support local. But my order has been a fiasco.I paid by bank transfer when asked to do so via text. I provided every detail I could think of, including the message to go with the flowers, as well as (obviously) the address in full with postcode, even mentioning that it's 'first house on the right'.Late the next day (when I expected the bouquet to have been delivered) I was asked via text is festive okay?". I guessed this meant 'is Christmassy okay?' It wasn't - my message was about illness
