Bunch of inconpetent people. I have been trying to transfer out my pension since April.... It is impossible... I sent all the document they asked for... but they are still asking me new documents again and again... they are trying to delay and delay the process. They have everything to transfer it, Really bad customers services. Not a reliable company. The client is not the first for them.... 07/10/22 6 months since I started the transfer of my pension... I am still waiting. They have everything they need but they don't want to transfer my money. Horrible and greedy company. You deserve the worst.17/10/22 I have received a message from my new provider ...they will close my request of transfer in because this chitty company doesn't answer the messages no response at all of any of their request. What a shame of company. Do I have to court to RESCUE my money from you? If I have to do it I will ask for compensation at least 100% more that I have invested with you.UPDATE. After 6 months and a half they transfered my money out. What a horrible company which don't allow their clients to decide what to do with their money. Clients are not their priority at all.

Requested a pension transfer, out of ABF pensions a year ago . They have all the information needed. But still withholding my money. I am now contacting a solicitor . To help against these crooks.

I was automatically enrolled and I want to call to opt it out,but their only phone number doesn't work between 9-5pm, only after 5pm, I mean, when they finish work. These are scammers 100%! I know many people who have complained about them for various reasons! 0 ⭐️ I don't recommend!

The customer service here is unacceptably slow. It took over 6 months to transfer my pension pot out of the scheme where the other providers I contacted did this in a matter of weeks. Everything is done on lengthy paper forms and responses are very slow, and I also was forced to attend a completely unnecessary PensionWise appointment which delayed the process even further. Needs improvement badly. My advice to anyone reading this, be persistent, you will eventually get your money...
