From initial enquiry through to the completion of the works Grahams team were fantastic. We invited several companies to tender for our work and from the outset I was impressed with the professionalism of Decorate South West. Graham really seemed to understand that we were a busy working Office / factory and that undertaking the work would need to be done in a manner that was sympathetic to the needs of our business. When they arrived this had clearly been communicated and the tradesmen could not have been more helpful in working around us - they truly took pride in their work and are a genuine credit to the company. Graham came in regularly to check on progress and quality, although he needn't have worried where the quality was concerned as this was exceptional. The project was for the total refurbishment of our entire business premises except the manufacturing area, this included reception, hallways and stairwells, conference room, multiple private offices, communal office, kitchen, kitchenette, and two toilets - none of which had undergone any form of decoration or renovation in over 30 years!the transformation was mind blowing. Not only that, but the work took exactly the length of time advised, they started exactly when they said they would, they turned up on time every day without fail, and where polite, courteous, professional and accommodating throughout. This project was a significant undertaking for our business and could have been a total nightmare, But Decorate South West honestly could not have made the process any easier - they were fabulous and we are very grateful to them for their efforts whilst with us.I would happily recommend this company to anyone, commercial or domestic on the basis of the service we received.

Graham and his team did a fantastic job on repainting our house. Great communication and really good advice on materials etc. Friendly, efficient and considerate. Excellent value. Would definitely recommend and use again ourselves. Thanks very much!

Graham and his team worked well and were able to accommodate a couple of extra last minute additions to the job, they organised everything including the scaffolding and completed the painting in the time frame. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times. We would thoroughly recommend and definitely use them again

We are very pleased with the team’s work painting our windows, ledges and soffit boards which were all high up and difficult to access. The windows look great. The team also cleared out the gutters below the soffit boards and checked on one of the roof slates for us whilst they were up the ladders. The work was carried out quietly and professionally and the team left everything clean and tidy when they had finished.

Graham and his team worked with great thoroughness, care, pride and conscientiousness to transform our apartment in an 1840 listed building to fully bring out its beauty and character. All workers were highly competent, professional, friendly and the project was well managed to keep to schedule. We recommend Decorate South West highly.
