Not great if you require a wheelchair and a person to push it! If you're alone, aged and disabled it's not a great place to get around unaided!

Quiet study area is in the open hall, first floor above reception and next to the toilet/ main walkway. So you're constantly distracted by talking and hand dryers. Parking is poorly signed too, so received a parking ticket for parking in the staff car park, which appears as an overflow to the maybe 7 public spaces available.

I simply picked up some green waste bin bags. Picked up two, one fell out of the box, one was already out. I was snapped at by a woman to only take 2. (she thought I was taking 4)I suggested they kept them behind the counter 'we only expect people to take two' she snapped. Why, why do people have to be like that, passive aggressive. There is just no need for it.
