I have seen so many negative reviews on here regarding peoples bad experience’s with Arc but I can honestly say I have never had any problems with wages, shifts, or any other problems like people are saying and if I do have a query it’s always dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have worked at some amazing venues through Arc and met some amazing people who are now good friends. I recently worked for Arc at Royal Ascot for 5 days and it was an amazing experience and hopefully get the opportunity to go again next year. I recently worked at Bangor Racecourse for the first time and I absolutely loved it and Millie the new member of the Arc team did a great job for her first solo shift on site. All the team at Arc are great and would recommend anyone to sign up with Arc.

Titanic Hotel Review: Most of their direct staff hide and hardly do anything except for the managers. Then, we from agencies get to do all the work and get scolded when there's nothing for us to do anymore. Also, they are not so organized and expect the agency's staff to know everything/task for the day as if we work with them all the time because they keep on skipping the briefing.

Genuinely the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my entire life! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They leave you pending on job requests for days even if you put yourself forward for them the second they come up, they can cancel any work given to you on the day! Leaving you unpaid. It’s easier to fight in a war than it is to get a shift with this company. In the many months I “worked” here they cancelled 4/5 of my shifts either the night before or on the day and the one that they never, they organised a coach to pick us up and take us to work the races but overbooked and left about 15 of us unable to get on the coach and work so they sent us home, even though it was their fault! And when you ask them how long it takes for them to accept your shift they ignore it and send out an email to all employers asking us not to message them. I’ve worked for many amazing companies and this is by far the worst! Don’t put yourself through the torture of working for arc.

Arc is an amazing place to work for. Friendly team who go above and beyond to accommodate their staff. I have been with them for years now and I absolutely love it. Ascot has got to be my favourite place to work so far. Emma was amazing. I really dont know how she coped, she was a delight. I advise anyone looking to work for an agency to book with Arc Liverpool.

With the new manager on Tatt’s 2 , John. A lot more organised and switched on business wise . He had time with people who didn’t have experience, they were mainly Mint Agency. For three days I had to have three cheese grated and mayonnaise sandwich, it tasted like just mayonnaise. Need a bit more choices

8 years ago, I was working in this company for few months. I had extremely bad experience with them. few unfair and humiliated matters happened from their clients side and the company staff towards me, and they didn’t care at all. or in one case, they put their blame on me without giving me any chance to defend myself. I was student at the university on that time and newish in the UK. I’m settled down and I am a civil engineer manager now and I can understand it better that how they misused students and people who are working for them, with a minimum of care and welfare. Highly avoid this company please. The world will be a much better place to live, without these types of companies who misusing poor people for their money purposes.

Great place to work with , Titanic staff are super friendly, professional and always helpful. Can be a Very busy environment so you have to be hard working and be able to think on your feet about what’s needed.

My experience in the golf opening was good I enjoyed it although on my last shift of working they did send out my share of tips in each I know I had earned fare amount on the day wuch was unfare .but other than tha I really enjoyed working at scores vip .thanks nicola oates
