I phoned at 8.30, Tony arrived at 14.00, made a detailed and professional examination of the property and the certificate was in my inbox at 22.00.I will definitely be using this company again.

Called Tony on Tuesday to ask him to do an EPC on our house, he came the next day (on time, and texted me to tell me he was on the way). Survey was carried out within 20 minutes, had the report by 8.30pm the same evening, if that's not efficient and professional then I don't know what is!!!

What can I say. They don't make businesses like this anymore. The speed and turnaround is beyond belief. I didn't think Customer Service was a thing anymore, so hard to find in today's world but Tony is awesome. This is an example of how good business can be done. Well done!
