Well stocked shop with a lot of essentials. Great facilities kept very clean. Spacious site, wasn't overcrowded on a summer bank holiday weekend.

Fantastic campsite which we stayed on for 3 nights, generous flat pitches with electric.Staff very friendly & helpful.Facilities spotless & regularly cleaned. Well stocked shop, with camping equipment & games.New cafe & reception look amazing & the full English breakfasts were amazing.Plenty of good walks from the site & two local pubs within walking distance. Will recommend & definitely go back for another stay.

Lovely campsite. Pitches are a good size and flat. Bathrooms are spotless and the cafe and shop are brilliant. Location is good for exploring Gower.Kennexstone has provided a superb base for my family's first foray on Gower, it won't be our last and I will look no further than Kennexstone campsite.Thank you from the Webb family.

Well run site, pitches marked clearly in the XL field. They have other over- spill fields that are non electric, pitches unmarked.Secure site with barriers for cars that recognise your number plate.Perfect location - Gower is easily accessible. Beautiful views all round.Dog friendly, there is a secure dog field where u can let pooch off the lead, dog poo bin situated at entrance.Shop on site has essentials, including commonly forgotten camp equipment. We ate every morning at the cafe. The welsh breakfast was really, really good. Service speedy, prices very reasonable. We didn't have an evening meal here, but if its anything like their breakfast, it will be delicious. A good number of showers for the size of the site. Regularly cleaned. Plentiful hot water. Wash up area under cover. There is a freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The only negative was that there was only one family/disabled shower. It is accessible by a key you get from reception (£5 deposit). They didn't have an available key for several days, even after people left after the bank holiday. My daughter and I had to wash my baby granddaughter in the women's showers (we brought an inflatable baby bath), which was a squeeze, but we managed. So, one more family/disabled shower and I'd give this site 5 stars. We had a brilliant time here.

An absolutely brilliant location in the Gower with spotless facilities, a well stocked shop and a great little cafe. What really made this campsite special was the the staff. Every member of staff we met were so friendly and accommodating , chatting with the kids and always checking in that everything was going well. We will be returning next time we are in the shower. It was just perfect

Superb, professionally run, independent camp site, great staff and the best breakfast in the Gower. Large pitches, modern immaculate showers, toilets and wash/laundry room, with a fantastic well priced cafe and well stocked shop. As a seasoned camper my wife and I highly recommend this camp site. No clubhouse or entertainment so you need to make your own entertainment but some great pubs and restaurants in close proximity most of which are dog friendly and the Rake & Riddle has a great adventure play park for kids. But the camp site is in a superb location for access to beaches and other great attractions.

Fantastic campsite, we had a great August BH stay. Facilities were clean and in good working order. The onsite cafe was exceptionally good value for money with polite and helpful staff.

Our first camping trip was spent here and we've yet to find a campsite that compares. Fantastic amenities, the friendliest of staff. We got to the shop about 20 minutes after it closed as the mozzies were out in full force. The gentleman so kindly opened up and sold us some insect repellent..Fantastic!!!Felt so safe going to the toilets at 2.30am due to the cctv on site. Only 2 little niggles....1 the toilet paper ran out very quickly as it was so busy and 2 the shower cubicles need a mirror to do hair/makeup etc. Hoping to return this weekend if there's availability.
