Web oil have definitely become my first choice for oil delivery. Considerably cheaper than everyone else with good freindly customer support in Tenbury Wells. This is my 4th delivery without a hitch.

I used this company via my local oil club, to deliver home oilPaid and the delivery was booked. On the delivery day, they failed to deliver. Next day I rang to chase. The nice lady said the driver didn't like the look of our drive, so went away without delivering?!? Turns out he'd come in a standard truck, despite a small one having been ordered (He didn't knock my door, or ring me, or let me know in ANY way, despite every other company we have ever used having no delivery issues, big truck or small...)Anyway, she rearranged for several days later. By 3pm that day, still no delivery. As it was a Friday, I rang to chase. Was told my delivery was not coming out and had been put back to the following Tuesday. I pointed out again no one had been in touch re failing to deliver and the guy said it should have been obvious as no text / confirmatory email has been sent the day before deliveryI queried this as before the first failed delivery I had not received a text / confirmatory email the day before, which caused me to wonder if the guy actually came out at all first time round?Anyway, as I ordered through a local club, I contacted them to advise them a company they were using had given poor service. Within minutes Weboil of Tenbury Wells had cancelled my order entirely. When I rang to query, the guy was most upset that I had referred his failings to the oil club and cancelled my order as a resultIf I could give zero stars I would.No one at weboil seemed interested in their failings, trying to correct them, or ANY semblance of customer serviceAs for cancelling an order when legitimate complaints of poor customer service are raised, what is all that about?

Give them a BIG swerve. I was delivered over 100 litres short and got no explanation. Still trying to chase it up, but it’s like chasing shadows
