Great company.Dave is fantastic and was very informative throughout the process. I had got a lot of quotes for a difficult job but Dave had all the answers and was very knowledgeable which reassured me, especially when it’s such a large job.The whole team are pleasant and courteous always happy to help, they kept the house clean which I very rare these days.Started on time and finished on time. Great job and great price, will definitely use again and recommend to others.

C & J plumbing fitted me in 6 days before Christmas to fit a new boiler as we were desperate. Lovely guys and so efficient, friendly and professional. They fitted our boiler in our previous house and did all our servicing. Would never use anyone else. They are an amazing team and I can’t praise them enough for literally saving us so close to Christmas when they are probably flat out. Fair prices for the job too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I do all the time.

We bought a beautiful electric fire and surround from C&J in July 2022. When we came to use in September we noticed it was making a strange noise when we used the flame effect setting. We contacted C&J and asked if they could help even though it would be out if warranty after July. They couldn't be more helpful. They contacted the manufacturer and the engineer came iut to fix it within a week. No charge. Excellent after sales service!

Guy who answers the phone is extremely rude and abrupt! Doesn’t want to be proactive and book services in for boilers his company have fitted! He puts the phone down on you if he doesn’t like what you are saying! He isn’t concerned there are elderly people in the The house. The actual workers are brilliant though. Still no service date though even though he stipulates when You have a boiler fitted you have to have a service annually for the guarantee!
