Thank you Les for the help you gave Colin during Covid. Clearly, we were delighted when we knew you would be opening a practice in Marlborough which we have since attended several times and so easy to park. I had some severe discomfort in one ear and considerable hearing loss due to excessive build up of wax. It was by chance I found Rosy available to check my ears at very short notice. She was very proficient, put me at ease and removed all the wax. The cost involved was very reasonable and cannot recommend her and Marlborough Hearing Specialists highly enough.

We both have been so pleased that we chose Marlborough Hearing Specialists to test our hearing and provide suitable hearing aids. We found Les to have a very pleasant manner. He was very patient when discussing the new aids and fitting them as being old it takes longer to understand new technology. The provision of two check up sessions, two weeks apart, to make sure that we were happy with the aids and answer any questions was much appreciated.My wife also much appreciated the careful removal of earwax, that was included in the appointments.

Very professional and available when needed. I was referred to an ENT specialist who commented that the earwax cleaning was very well done. Since i have a problem with Exostosis, with hindsight a picture of my left ear would have been helpful in addition to just showing me what the bone growth looked like. I am now scheduled with the Specialist for a hearing test

I found it easy to find you and to park. The suite of rooms looked very well furnished and cleaned.I was seen promptly and was very happy with the way the examination was conducted and appreciated the photos of my ears confirming that I did not have a wax problem.As no treatment was required, I was charged a very modest consultation fee which I felt was very reasonable.
